As we continue to grow and onboard new exciting accounts, we’re seeking an experienced Social Media Analyst to work within our social media team to dig deep into data and help develop new strategies that propel our clients ahead of their competitors.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Analyst with flexibility for some remote work (two days per week). Our Social Media Analyst will be responsible for analysing social media metrics, as well as benchmark data and industry trends, and using their findings to help develop winning social media strategies.
Within this role, you will also have the opportunity to present data to clients at monthly, quarterly and annual review meetings, as well as playing a key role in developing pitch content for new prospective accounts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Social Media Measurement, and Communication skills
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and social media campaigns
- Knowledge of various social networking platforms and their audiences
- Both an analytical and creative mindset with the ability to create engaging ideas and strategies
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related analytical field (not essential)
Experience
We’re looking for proven experience in a related role (ideally within an agency), with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
